Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Al-Andalus Maghribi. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping takes 3-5 working days.
- Express Shipping takes 1-3 working days.
For International Shipping, we offer:
- Standard Shipping which can take up to 14 working days.
- Express Shipping which can take up to 7 days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Al-Andalus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages:
Al-Andalus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, don't hesitate to get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
